I had off today. I decided to take advantage of such a day! I worked out like it was...8 months until my wedding...ohhhhhhh WAIT! IT IS 8 MONTHS UNTIL MY WEDDING! Yikes.

50 squats-god I love squats
50 planks-those make me want to punch someone
1 hour of good ol' billy blanks and his magical booty technicolored shorts
and 30 minutes of weights.
Breakfast-Yogurt and Banana
Snacks-Lowfat string cheese
lunch-salad with chicken
afternoon snack-Banana and Apple
dinner-baked chicken with small red potatoes and broccoli
I need to get in more cardio so that I can be ready for the Fitness Bootcamp that starts in May. The Bootcamp is a birthday present to myself. I just don't want to vomit during the bootcamp. Haha!
