I have a tendency to do the same things. My GF is cool with Porn, as long as it is an US thing. I need to start taking your approach. I am tired of the lies.... and the guilt and the depression that follows. Keep your head up.

Close Sex / Pornography Addiction
I started when in college when I was very stressed out. It was a way to cope. It turned into something bigger and badder than that though. I have been trying to quit for years now, but I don't think I really committed to it until very recently. Since the last time I quit, so far so good.
Treatments
- Group Therapy Somewhat Helpful
- Not focused on addiction.
- Psychotherapy Somewhat Helpful
- Usually followed a course of being very helpful for a short period then I would taper back into my habits. Good for confronting causes and triggers but ultimately you have to decide...
