I have an undiagnosed something, I know helpful right. After a year of this pain I am still being tested. See my journal for more info.
Treatments
- Flexeril Somewhat Helpful
- I have taken this on and off for years. I seem to build a resistance after a while and so I give it a break and it works again a fue months later. I like this drug, very fue side effects, no 'high' feeling.
- Heat Too Soon to Tell
- Hot water seems to help very temporarily, dry heat doesnt seem to work as well.
- Physical Therapy Working / Worked
- Worked while I went, however insurance no longer covers it as it does not gain long term results for me.
