      Doxy,
Don't take the urine test personally. My last pain doc (actually his PA, since I rarely saw a real doc) made me do a urine test every time I came in and treated me with open disrespect--- now THAT is a problem. Also, there was no verbal communication. I tried. The experience was so traumatizing to me that I went to my family doc and accepted undertreatment with hydrocodone only for 8 months. Then my friend got me to her pain doc. He's wonderful and prescribes enough strong meds that I don't feel desperation, even though they don't work completely. I am really surprised how many people on this board don't get urine tested regularly. I know my problem partially stems from looking much younger than 37.

      Doxy,
Sorry to hear you are feeling low. You need to get your adrenals tested. Make the appointment for a week or 2 out if you are in a pain flare. It helps to remember fibro flares come in cycles. I hope you feel better soon! Don't be too hard on yourself. I make a check list of goals for the day and feel better when I can cross them off, even if it's just little stuff like unloading the dishwasher, folding clothes, showering, feeding the dog, going through the mail... It is most important to keep your spirits up when your body is hurting. Hugs.

      HI SWEETY
ARE YOU EATING? THAT IS SO IMPORTANT FOR YOUR ENERGY. IF NOT, AT LEAST DRINK UNSWEETENED APPLE JUICE AND ANY OTHER KIND OF JUICE THAT YOU EAT. YOU MAY NEED SOME CRACKERS ALSO TO KEEP AWAY THE NAUSEA. I REALLY HOPE ALL OF YOUR TESTS COME OUT OK AND YOU WILL BE JUST FINE. LET ME KNOW, OK? YOUR IN MY THOUGHTS. SOFT HUGS.
