      How's the Yoga helping with your anxiety? I've done a few off the TV and FEEL it but not where I need to FEEL it. :)Sure wish I knew how to, or understood, meditating!!

      I have not been diagnosed with a disorder, so to speak, but I suffer from anxiety, especially when I am in situations that are unfamiliar, such as meeting new people or trying something new. This has become an issue in my relationship with my boyfriend and I am seeking the help that I know I need.

      I run 1 - 3 miles every day on my lunch break. It is awesome for stress relief!
      Yoga Working / Worked
      I am doing Yoga to tone my body and reduce tension and stress and to also help with anxiety.
