Close Carpal Tunnel Syndrome
I had carpal tunnel and tendonitis on my right elbow. It was too painful to sleep and I couldn't complete a simple task as brushing my teeth. I had therapy for 18 months, was only 70% better. I refused the Cortisone shots due to the side effect, I'm against all drugs. All drugs are toxic and do more harm than good, I wanted a permanent solution not to have to pop pills for the rest of my life. Doctor advised me not to work on the computer again.
