  Hey, thanks for the chocolates! We are both doing pretty well right now. It is goin into Fall here now. I hate to see winter come. Sign of old age I guess. Sure is hard on the old joints!!! Then there is shoveling snow. That's no fun either for this old man. I hope you folks are doing well too. Always glad to hear from you.

  Hi - can imagine the city got to you even though Perth isnt bad as they go! I am still travelling and know the place will be knee deep in dust when I get back. Husband totally farm focussed. Just hope geriatric kitty still alive (did I say had to have one with cancer put down before I left and still grieve a little.
  Am currently in Morocco. Intrepid tour. Got really ill and in hospital with a drip for two days but managed to catch them up in Marrakesh. Interesting thing is that I didnt eat for 48 hours and the horrible pain I had had in wrist and hand disappeared. Still eating small amounts and amazing RA improvement. I know I am worse on gluten and dairy and Morocco hopeless when you try to avoid these things (I thought they did rice....) so I hadnt brought many supplies.
  But also I think the mtx is helping - dampening it down anyway. Still away another month but get to internet cafes occasionally. Today we go by bus to marrakesh from Essouira (ex Mogadur) so have time. Appreciate hearing from you and try to follow the site but get behind! Suzi

  thanks--love the chocolates! they're the only ones i can eat right now-trying to lose some weight. birthday was wonderful, worked all day, then went to the movies and dinner with my best friend. nothing like a girls nite out! it was fun.

  I just left Bistro a message, and saw your attempted cow pie offering. I love it. My grandpa and uncle were both dairy farmers, and I have a lot of fond memories of cow pies and Kuh Scheisse in other forms and quantities. What are your beautiful red stick? When my died retired, he became a gentleman Charolais rancher. Used to take a lot of heat from his brother and dad, for raising foreign cattle, but that was sure good beef. hugs, d

  You are sweet as chocolate if I say so myself. Kinda tried today we went and spent the day with my Dad and Brother. We all went to the flea market. Had fun but very tired and my back is hurting a bit. I took dinner up and we had it have going to the market. Got some deals on socks. 12 pair for my hubby and 12 pair for me for 12.00. No to bad of a deal. We are finally home. I cooked my hubby a brownie. Tomorrow will rest up. I hope you are having a good weekend. Hugs, Peach
