Close Sciatica
13 years ago I herniated my two lower disks ended up with sciatica for 3 years went thru the epiderals etc. Been pain free for years. 2 months ago it's back and worse time for me is in bed I can't even turn my self over. It's extremely freightening to be so helpless, I'm use to the day pain but the nights and mornings are hell.
Treatments
- Ibuprofen Not Working
- Just started taking 4 2x per day and don't notice any difference in pain reduction then taking 2 2x per day.
- Stretching Working / Worked
- Just started hoping it will work
