Thanks for the link sweetie, always appreciate good information. Yesterday went to my pharmacy and bought 7 boxes of diabetic shakes, and a few boxes of diabetic nutri-bars. You see my problem is, I don't eat during the day, but having diabetes I have to, so having a shake in the am, then a nutri-bar for lunch, then have my salad and chicken for dinner. I buy my boneless, skinless, chicken breasts in a big boxes, when I get home I package them into individual portions for my suppers. I was thinking of going vegan but will try to get there eventually. You see being a vegan vegetarian means, no meat at all, no dairy products either, not even milk. So it is a big step, but in time I wish I could become one.
How are you feeling these days, I see that your work is doing well. I thought about taking this course in the near future. I am tired of working at home, I get this way at least once every 2 years, I have the need to go work outside my home. Since the last job I had and my Doctor put me on sick leave, it was 3 years ago, so I am now over due to go work outside my home. So I've been lurking into all the journals around my area looking for something part time, since I still get the extreme fatigue from the hep c even though I no longer have it, this side will always stay with us, I'm afraid. Most heppers who managed to kill the dragon, still experience this extreme fatigue, unfortunately. I see that you are in touch with my beautiful friend Alexandria. She is such a gem. I'll talk to you real soon, will look over those links now. Love & Respect, Mckenzie one day at the time.

Hi there, yes of course this water diet was not my intention for going to the health clinic that particular year, I went twice. My Dad had shares in the place in Chicoutimi, Quebec, cause it cost at the time, 70$ a day, yep just for drinking water. But I had a nice room, with cable, clean and all new, washroom, just like a hotel room. Also had a daily visit, twice a day with a RN. The reason I had went the second time was due to the fact that I had finished treatment 6 months prior, and still didn't feel good, also was to have surgery for the huge tumor who robbed me of my voice for the past year, so at 6 month into treatment, my voice became very abnormally groggy, and if I slept on the opposite side of it, i would choke during the night, which was very scary, since I didn't know why Yet. My skin was beautiful, and sure enough in the 2 out of three weeks my Dad had paid for my stay, I had lost 15 pounds I believe. But like you say, we gain it back very fast. I just added myself to Dr.? for the diabetes 2, I am now his fan. Like you and many from here now. Good article, I want to check the Mediterranean diet he has in there. ps: Today I went to Jean Coutu, pharmacy and bought 160$ of shakes for diabetics, and some lemon bars, for diabetic, what else, ??? anyways, I need to get my numbers right, they are so easy to climb up there, it scares me, why I am on 2 pills a day, 80mgs of gliclazide. Like the second I eat something that is not recommended for a diabetic person, it goes sky high. grrr It's hard Mak. Oh well I guess with this illness, we cannot cheat at all. Of can we sometime??? Thanks for your experienced information.
Talk to you later, hun. Mckenzie one day at the time.
