My favorite saying of hers was when the weather man would predict a hard freeze my mom would turn to me and say uh huh, wet the bed tonight and you'll wake up with icicles on your butt. I would laugh on the inside because I knew my body temperature is 98.6 deg. fah. that means my urine would be 98.6 deg. fah. when I wet. As long as I didn't lift the blankets and let the outside air in, it would stay 98.6 deg. fah. I was always warm until I threw my blankets off, then it was instant freezing!!!

Hang in there, you're still doing good! It's normal to have setbacks from time to time but you are still making good progress, and that's something to be encouraged about. There are no "quick fixes" with this but you are still heading in the right direction! Take care and stay in touch!

Sorry to hear you didn't quite make your goal, but making it as far as you did still sounds like progress... this never goes away easily but you can keep making small steps toward getting better... hang in there!

RBH Really Big Hug, trust your intuition on this. You heart knows and you have a right to explore this, although the journey can be uncomfortable at times, it will amaze you you when you come out the other side of it a more whole person. You are wiser than your years.
