My stress is out of control that I feel like I can't breathe sometimes. Some old painful memories coming up for me and relationship issues that I continue to struggle with. I wish I could just find a way to calm myself lately and find a little inner peace. I hate feeling like this. I think this past year has taken so much out of me that I don't feel strong enough to deal with everything that's going on.






take some deep breathes in and out and try to remember things that make you happy.Try to foucus on good things and things that you make you happy.
