  I hope your able to sleep, it's late afternoon here, 4pm.I know what's like to have sleepness to pain, it's the pitts.My daughter and son always climb in my bed every night.I like it waking up giving them love.Soon they will be grown.My mum was a single parent and she works alot of hours.She was hardly home while i was growing up.Shopping over here it gets crazy big time, alot of fighting, alot of pushing and shoving.I go laid back and get my friend to do the list, which makes it stress free.I buy her and her family lunch that day.I get them a large chicken and rolls and slad and some soft drinks.We also pay my friends on the way home.We leave the kids at home with the men for the day, so it's nice getting out with friends without kids.Well have to go and sort out kids.Hope you get a sleep in, from sophie.

  I hate stationary shopping.It's hot and it's busy.theres no parking so we have to park miles around the conner and it's an hour drive from here.Few years back i had a women fight me for the last pencil.She wasnt happy that i brought the last pencil in big w.That sounds like a good program, we are lucky over in austrlia all hospitals are free.Hope things go okay with you !It's hard being in pain all the time.Coffee, yeah i live on the stuff as well.But the past couple of weeks have cut right down.60 is nothing when i get 7 scripts a week, so in no time they will be free.Well hope you have a good rest tonight, going to make dinner, drop the kdis off to the ex a bit later and will have a nice sleep in tomorrow morning.I'm nornally up at 4am and this morning got up at 7am, so thats a sleep in with my youngest he gets up at 5am most mornings.The past couple of weeks he's waking up during the night again for cuddles.Have a good night, it's mid afternoon here at the moment and it's so hot again, it should be cooling down on sunday.Take care sophie

  Hi i hope you are feeling better and the pain has settle down.I hope your able to get a good night sleep tonight.I slept in this morning and woke up to my youngest giving me cuddles.He likes to start the day with cuddles from mum every morning, which is really sweet for a boy.I cut his hair the other day.I have to do the annual book trip next week to get stationary for kids going back to school but have lost the book list.A friend and i go do the shopping together without any kids.She drives which is great.Looking nice when in pain makes you feel better..The hospital chemist was able to give me a script fill out the other day.I'm doing the safety net this year and theirs lots of paper work to get filled out.The safety net is where when ever you get a script filled out you have then write on a pbs sheet and when you get to 60 scripts for the year the resst of your scripts for the year are free.Well it's time to make a coffee,, feeling sluglish this morning.Sophie

  Hello Peggy,what a nice lady you are to take the time to leave a message for me,sadly i haven,t been able to contact anyone because my soon to be ex husband had my computer wiped so i thought i couldn,t get hold of anyone and set up a new d/s account but thans to my kind neighbour i am now back online,sadly my husband isn,t helping me in anyway but thanks to my neighbour i am now back online,i have added you to my list of friends thank you again for taking the time to send me a message godbless love shaz x

  hi how are you ?? Went to pai clinic and got a script for gabapention.After seeming the doctor i went to the chemist.It was an hour waiit to get scripts so i headed to a friends place for an hour.Went back down their and got the script.So happy to back on it.How's your day going ??

  Hope the pain settles so you can sleep.I hope your able to get sleep tonight.I just vacum the floors down before the pain and heat kick in.Do things when you can, it's the only way.I'm going to the pain clinic this afternoon.It's morning here and my youngest has just finished watching a movie, karate kid.I have to start to get ready to go do some shopping.Next week i have to do the horrible task of stationary shopping.My friend and i will have a girls day out minus the kids.We did it last year and we had so much fun.I got my friend to drive to the shop we have to go to.It's to far away and i hate drving for long period of time.Will let you know how it goes at the clinic later today.Well i'm to get ready, have to go to bank this morning.Sophie

  I'm hanging in there, thanks for your supportI took the kdis to the beach yesterday and the beach was deserted, noone there.We got walking down the hill to the beach and the sand, kids ended up with mupilte sand mouthfulls as the wind was so windy.The waves were big and my daughter loved it but the kids got caught in a rip every 5 mins.So we left.We got home and had a bbq and i got my daughter to cook.She loves cooking.Fall asleep watching tv.Going to pain clinic today but i cant tell my friend.She is waiting to get an appointment with them and when ever i tell her got appointment she gets upset.How's your day going ??

  I'm doing really well on the emothion side of things.I cried that much on friday night, i cant do anymore.the kdis are holding up but they hate what happening.I'm at the house now with the kids and the ex and the tension it's like walking on eggshells.I will take them to the beach shortly for a run and a swim.How's the eather going for you ?? I'm putting on so much weight with the lycria, by the end of the year i will be a whale, a beached whale lol.

  Thanks for the kind words.I hope your having a good day.I got hold of the pain clinic today about getting of the lycria and going back on gabapation.I have an appointment with them tomorrow.
