  It's silly how we use degrees and you guys use farathheight(i hope i spelt it right).The pain has eased up this morning which is great.The kids burnt their feet yesterday running down the beach to the water.It took me 2 hours to get my son from the water to the car.

  oh what a day.Took the kids to the beach and they forgot shoes and my eldest has totally burnt the tops of his feet.He has big blisters all over his souls of his feet.The poor boy.He's in all of pain.Told him to in his room today so he didnt have to walk.Got burn cream on last night.As soon as we got home i grabbed the tooth paste and poured all over.He felt better after the toothpatse had worked it's wonder.

  Hi how are you ?? The pain is horrible and hasnt let up.I can only do so much now and have to rest for the rest of the day.It's gotten hotter here it's heading over the 40 mark today.We have thunder storms on sunday and am looking forward to that.It's cyclone season here in perth.Every summer have at least 4 cyclones come through.So hopefully we might go to the beach later.Thinking about heading to my friends place and the kids can have a swim.hope your having a good pain day.Sophie

  hello - i don't think i asked you this before, but i'm curious as to exactly what is causing you so much spinal pain? i have spinal issues, too, and the pain sounds similar, so i thought i would ask ... hope you're having a great day! xoxo, *misa*

  Mom's doing little better thanks so much for asking.but the stress and pain are still here,but much better thank's.
