I'm in so much pain but I don't know why.  It might be my fibro, but I don't know.  

I've got a headache that feels like sinus but has migrane symptoms.  My left ear feels pressured and stingy.  My left eye is red and burns a lot and is closed somewhat.  My neck and down the back of my shoulders feels stiff and sore.  I've got a stomach ache and my IBS is flared up.  My emotions are going haywire.  I'm feeling suicidal and depressed, plus I've been anxious for a few days.  My insomnia went from being gone to coming back in one day.  I've been eating a lot, hardly sleeping, and hot.  I'm so hot... my skin hurts from the heat.  I've got the fan on and light clothes but I'm still burning.  It's my skin that's hot, not the air around me.  I don't know if it's a fever or a hot flash.

And to top it all off, I can't afford therapy anymore.
