hi I love dolphins, swimming, badmington, I have a younger sister, I have had a mental illness since i was 16 and and am now 33 i didnt realy no what to write here but after looking at some other peoples profiles i dont feel that scard anymore. I have had lots of diffrent doctors so lots of diffrent meds and digonices. i give up trying to understand what is wrong with me. this is one of my tattoos it means dolphin written in elvish.I love my job i am a mental health support worker it is g8 4 for me too i think if i didnt work in what i do i would be dead

Wow... I'm sorry you're going thru so much. You have my support. I know what depression is like. Sometimes you just have to trust the judgment of others that life is worth living and it's going to be OK. If you can't make it back to work in a week, just move the date up. They may choose to wait for you. Good things are worth waiting for, esp good people. -Sandy

- Outpatient Treatment Program Somewhat Helpful
- well i lived in a halfway house because the hospital got sick of me was good to be round people that understood
- Psychotherapy Somewhat Helpful
- well thiught it worked but the way i feel now not so sure
- Rubber Bands Somewhat Helpful
- did work for a short while but liked is to mush and people would always ask but them and the red mark they left when i cut other people cant see it

- i wish this one worked but dont think it did wish i didnt have to tell people i wish they could just read my mind
