Well, I had a drs appt today to see how this PCOS study with weight loss works and Im going to go for it. It's a low glycemic diet and hoping that it will work for me to shed these extra pounds away. I've stopped taking the Metformin today because he said that the Low GI diet works the same way as the Metformin but got to put a little effort into it of exercising, which we already have a treadmill (of course collecting dust).

Good Luck sweetie!!!!

Hey TTPgirl26, good luck with your latest. I try to work out on the treadmill about 4 days a week. I find it easier if I'm watching the TV. Start off slow I find it relaxes me & releases some endorphins which puts me in a better mood. After your walking on the regular you might find that you miss it on the days you don't walk. I've been looking for a job with no success so far. All is going good I'm still having lab work once a month & I see the dr next month for follow up. I've been having some weird pains in my right arm the radiate down my side & some headaches.
