Close Lead Poisoning

I have a friend who's daughter was diagnosed with borderline lead levels when she was 2and told to drink lots of milk. Now she is a teenager (14) and has leg & muscle pain, stomach pain, headaches, etc. Been to doctors and nobody wants to do anything. If there is anyone out there that can lead me in the right direction, please help me to help my friend.
