Management consultant, formerly high technology and software executive. I am married, live on Puget Sound with my husband and two Golden retrievers and two rescue kitties. Educational background are degrees in Chemistry, molecular biology and computer science. Apparently I have DDD and the rupture resulted in a severely pinched nerve. Trying to get back to a reasonable level of physical activity, but finding it slow (for me) and quite painful. Good news is that I am med-free 8) and have great family and medical support.
