Still not walking well but haven't in 3yrs, 2 blocks is better than none. liver panel last week AST & ALT scores went up another hundred, platelets in the bottom of the tank a whoppin 24, arm still hurts & black n blue . But the weather been great upper 70s with breezes!
Peace Love & Happiness to everyone! Shannon

You are walking 2 blocks, that is wonderful! I envy your temps in upper 70's, we are in for the long haul summer in FL. Don't even want to go outside. Ouch on your platelettes. Did you see the post in hepc comp & alt tx on shark oil?

I totally agree with Priss, 2 blocks is good.
I've just started to walk myself, since being diagnosed with diabetes, I am on meds, and feel better than I have in years.
The temperature is nice in your corner of the world.
I wish I could say the same for here, In Ontario, Canada, the bloody summers, are always too hot and humid.
If only there was no humidity it would be nice, but no such luck.
Makes it hard on the breathing, for those with emphysema, and COPD like myself.
So I stay indoors at the AC, which is at 66 degrees F
No choice I can't breathed out there went it gets like this.... so your lucky.
Sorry to hear that your numbers are elevated, Hope they get better.
Enjoy this nice temperature of yours.
& Peace & Love to you too, my friend.
Love & Respect, Mckenzie
One day at the time.
