My prediction is that there will be no great shakes from the bloodwork – maybe slightly elevated HDL from eating like crap. My blood sugar will be in the low-end of normal (or lower), CBC low-end of normal. Depending on how complete the hormone panel is, I may get the answer to whether my serum estrone levels are high because of all this fat.

Yeah, I fell off the sensible eating wagon too during the holidays. All this stuff I can't really eat because of having this GERD, this digestive disorder, and in the last two weeks I pretty much ate all of it.
But life ain't linear. The holidays are over. Life settles down and out come the vegetables (no tomatoes or chilis for me. Ah well...) and I think it all gets a little easier too.
