      From ScottishKrumpet October 2

Do you have a number or website for me? Hubs wrote to our bank and they haven't given us a reply yet. We are also further behind financially and need help NOW! I appreciate your compassion! Have a great day!

Who do I call to get my mortgage interest dropped? Chase seems very reluctant to help, they keep transferring your call and/or changing their story! We need to take care of this ASAP, hope you can help!

      From BlazeOfSolitude June 10

Just saying hi. Hope you're doing well.

    • Thumbs Up

      From Janthina January 17

I hope you are finding delicious foods to eat. I've been making a Vietnamese-inspired veggie soup. The broth is seasoned with ginger, garlic, star aniseed and a cinnamon stick! It is super good and doesn't feel like a hardship at all. You can use rice noodles in it, but if you are ducking carbs, it is just as good with lots of tofu. It is yummy, especially good for cold days.

    • Close Endometriosis

I've been ignored and dismissed by almost a dozen doctors for this problem. Then I found out I have endometriosis, just in time to be disabled by it. Been given at least fifteen "treatments" for it and none of them have worked.

      Treatments

      Aygestin Not Working
Didn't work, but also didn't give me any side effects.
      Extended-Cycle Birth Control Not Working
Never worked, had lots of side effects.
      Provera Not Working
Took Provera three times over 5 years, and NEVER worked. At all, EVER.

      Testosterone Working / Worked
    • Open Post-Traumatic Stress Disorder

Emotionally, physically and verbally abused by my mother. I keep her away from me now, and rarely speak to her. I've found that works the best.

      Treatments

      Geodon Considering
      Part of the PTSD cocktail
      Art Working / Worked
      Cognitive Behavioral Therapy Considering
      Effexor Not Working
It never helped me, but I never had much effect from anti-depressants.

      Part of the PTSD cocktail
      Inderal Somewhat Helpful
Took it "as needed" a few times and I think it helped a little.
      Leave Working / Worked
It worked the best. Removing my mother from my life was the single best thing for this situation made me a lot better almost instantly. Keeping her away has been a challenge but I consider my comfort and sanity to be worth it.
      Paxil Somewhat Helpful
I had mild relief from it. Stopping it was horrible.
      Psychotherapy Somewhat Helpful
Only went a few times, considering CBT instead.
      Reading Working / Worked
"Toxic Parents" was a big help for me.
      Supportive Care Considering
An Emotional Support Animal would be helpful. Looking into how to integrate it into my life after the move.
      Talking Somewhat Helpful
It tends to push people away.
      Zoloft Not Working
      Zoloft never worked for me.
    • Open Financial Challenges

Currently (12/2008) dealing with not being able to work for a while, so things have gotten even tighter. Trying to budget and save as much as possible.

      Treatments

      Budgeting Working / Worked
I work on it at least 30 mins a day, fitting my purchases into my budget and saving what I can where I can.
Cut Up Credit Cards Working / Worked
I did it about two weeks too late... since then it's worked a treat though. :-)
      Earn Money Working / Worked
Doing online offers is the best.
