  Hello, Thank you for the hug. It has been a while since I have been on. I am still in pain, but doctoring with pool therapy and chiro care, trying to distract myself. It gets old.   hi, well things are good in one aspect of my life (being loved by a grand man), but the pain part could be better. the insurance decided to no longer cover one of my medication $150 a month. the other option in long acting meds I happen to be allergic to. I am without right now and taking a combination of old medications until I can figure out what to to. good news on the hopeful front. just when I thought that the doctors had given up on me I am getting some hope of real health care. my condition has worsened with bulging disk in neck and warning from the doctor that a whiplash could cause paralasis. thank you for your concern,
