What you wrote about your mom was so powerful. My mom passed away a few hours ago and she died before I could see her or be with her. I understand all your angry feelings and feel the same way. I feel angry she is gone. The pain is unbearable right now and it sucks that nothing can make it better. There is no time limit on grieving.

I have recently been on a simular path. I think your mum needs professional care. Spend as much time as you can with her. Stop what you are doing and be with her. She is so lonely and is craving your love and attention. She needs you...she wants to be with someone who loves her. I lost my mum recently. I wish I was with her more. You are in my prayers.

I went through a period of burnout during my undergraduate years. But somehow, some way, I got through it, I graduate top of my department, and am finishing up grad school.

      Sleep Working / Worked
Sleep is a good friend. I have found that a good night's rest sort of "resets"my mind and allows to better focus on whatever I was stressing about.
