I feel like crap today. This is one of my bad bad days for sure. My neck has been exceptionally tight since we got back from vacation. Limited movement, constant relentless aching.. I want to cut my head right off. Pain killers are helping a LITTLE lately but it is all I can use. Regular OTC's are garbage for me and do not even touch the pain. All they do is damage my organs. I am at work now, feeling horrific. I want to go home and lay down in a super hot blanket. I ahve the heating pad ehre at my desk, STOPPAIN roll on on my neck over 5 times today and it still is horrible. I have radiating pain as well in my arms and legs. A freezing front is coming in and has come in over the weekend and boy do I feel it. I need to see a chiropractor again. I am sick of everything being blamed on the Fibro. I KNOW my spine is messed up, nerves are shot. I need more than all these docs want ot give me. Something else is seriously wrong here.
