      Hello, read your post regarding SAD and anxiety. What is it about 4 am. I wake up when anxiety is really bad at practically that same time!

    • Close Hiatal Hernia

      I have a hiatal hernia and had my gallbladder removed about 7months ago. I was put on Nexium which worked wonders. I ran out and one and a half weeks later I was in misery. I have chest pain, pain in my back, pressure under my ribs, burning in my chest and stomach. I am now back on the nexium, but my question is: does anyone else experience pain in the center of their back behind the sternum with their hernias?

      Treatments

      Antacids Somewhat Helpful
      using Pepcid Complete and Zantac 150
      Nexium Working / Worked
      slight constipation, but worked well.

    • Close Gastritis

      47 year old female with gastric problems since childhood. Had gallbladder removed 7months ago and gastritis symptoms are back again.

      Treatments

      Nexium Working / Worked
      worked very well following surgery. Quit taking it and now I'm a mess again.
      Protonix Not Working
      Didn't seem to help much.
      Tagamet Working / Worked
      Worked well when I was younger. Haven't tried it in awhile.

    • Open Seasonal Affective Disorder

      47 yr old female suffering from SAD for over 15 years. Trying light therapy for the first time.
