      Passenger in near fatal auto accident 6/1/08. Airlifted to hospital. Was in Hospital 2 1/2 mos. later went to ltech for 2 mos.; now at rehab ctr four weeks.

      Treatments

      Physical Therapy Working / Worked
      p/t and o/t 7 days/wk. learning to use arms and legs again.
      Surgery, Hand Working / Worked
      broke all fingers L hand & R elbow which affected use of R hand. Need more surgery on elbow.
