My knee angle is worse now - I was doing the thing wrong! I'm supposed to tighten the straps gradually over 10 minutes, not have them tight from the get go!!
I was also told to rest more between reps of exercise!! Thanks for the hug!!

I am so happy to hear that you made it past the oxycontin! I have heard that that stuff is really wicked. That must have taken a lot out of you and you conquered it!

Close Multiple Sclerosis (MS)
Diagnosed with MS in 1995. It took many years to receive this diagnosis as symptoms were going on since the late 1980s if not ealier.
Treatments
- LDN - Low Dose Naltrexone Not Working
- Not effective and frightening. I should not have bothered to get this stuff as it made me sick. I believe it is a hoax.
- Oxycodone Considering
- Is it really working/helping? I can't say.
- Skelaxin Not Working
- Lunesta Not Working
- Was given a 3 mg. sample of this. I never fell asleep. I laid in bed awake all night with an awful metal taste in my mouth. ugh.

- I dont know what works. Far too much loss to ascertain what works and does not work. I cry on a daily basis. Dads case was particularly difficult.

Open Chronic Pain
Living in chronic pain since 1984. Very sick of it. I have multiple sclerosis as well as an assortment of congenital/orthopedic problems as well. Would like to throw all of the drugs away. It is not possible and I need to deal with this fact. Great difficulty taking pain meds. due to adhesions from surgery in 2003.

- I dont know if it helped or not. Id say likely it helped but not sure that it did anything.
- Chiropractic Adjustment Not Working
- Cymbalta Not Working
- pure crap - gave me visual side effects - not funny! Why they dish this out to everyone out there is for ONE reason and that is $$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$!
- Flexeril Somewhat Helpful
- Heat Somewhat Helpful
- Hydrocodone Somewhat Helpful
- Meditation Somewhat Helpful
- Morphine Somewhat Helpful
- Somewhat helpful after taking 3 falls in 2 weeks. Had hemotomas on both knees that were black in color. They were so painful I couldn't sleep nor put a blanket/sheet over my legs.
- Naproxen Somewhat Helpful
- At one point in time this helped.
- Neurontin Not Working
- Made me violently ill.
- Oxycodone Working / Worked
- I am waiting to get an RX for this (it is on the way in the mail). I really don't want this CRAP and yes, that is what it is ... CRAP and I know it. :(
- Physical Therapy Not Working
- Topamax Not Working
- Another bad one for me. Made me sick.

Daughter of an adopted mother. I just found out who my grandmother was recently. My mother died not knowing who she was. Because of this, I've never known who I am. I have mixed feeling about adoption. I hope things have changed a lot since the 1920s.

my niece - weighs 90 lbs. last I heard - is 5'8" tall ... 23 years old. Was told not to eat most of her life so she wouldn't grow up to be "fat" like her grandma and her aunt (ME). She is married now and I was told (finally!) that she "has not developed at all". She is now married and not happy. I am really worried about her! Are any of the problems she now has reversible or is it too late? :(
