There are good things to come.
I've been down in the dumps so low I needed a ladder to tie my shoes. Well, maybe not exactly, but I can sure relate to what you say. You can get help from your doc or from the emergency room. We don't have to feel this bad. As for suicide, it's not the answer. I've been ready but I wasn't steady. Finally I realized it's better to deal with those negative feelings than go ahead and totally ruin any chance for happiness.
