This was a great work out week! Walks and jogs Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday, Elliptical Friday and yoga once to mix it up! Kept my calories at 1600 because it was what was working for me. (Even though I usually try to keep them between 1200-1500.) Sunday I will post my weight lost this week!






Great Job! You really should be proud of yourself! Pat yourself on the back and keep on going!
