Thank you so much for the info :) I feel kinda like you did, all these tests that look great but no real reason the things we are trying are not working. They even told me for a while that I had Polycystic appearing ovaries, now the new Dr. I am seeing has told me that I dont have any of the symptoms, just a lot of good healthy eggs because I am young ahh. I guess when you pray for paitence God has to find a way to teach it to you! Congrats on the babies :)

Close Infertility
I have been TTC since 1/2007. We tried for a year naturally (charting, BBT and OPKs) with no luck. Have done every test imaginable and nothing seems wrong, so our infertility is "unexplained". I had my first IVF cycle and was lucky enough to get pregnant the first time - with twins!!
Treatments
- Artificial Insemination Not Working
- I have done 4 IUI cycles, 2 on Clomid, 2 on injectibles. I ovulate fine so don't know what he problem is.
- Basal Thermometer Not Working
- Show my cycle accurately, but didn't help me figure out why I wasn't getting pregnant. Hated waking up at the same time every morning to take the temp.
- Clomid Not Working
- I used this for a few IUI treatments - I was already ovulating on my own and it didn't do much.
- Follistim Working / Worked
- Used both Follistim and Gonal-f (Follistim when going through IUIs and Gonal-f for IVF). I had good response to to Follistim, but needed repronex as well when I was on Gonal-f.
- hCG (Human Chorionic Gonadotropin) Working / Worked
- HSG (Hysterosalpingography) Working / Worked
- Showed my tubes were open. Was somewhat uncomfortable, but definitely tolerable.
- Hysteroscopy Not Working
- They found some small polyps that they thought were causing the brown spotting I have for a week before my period, but there was no change when they removed them.
- In Vitro Fertilization Working / Worked
- My eggs fertilized in the dish on their own and were good enough to make it to Day 5, so did not help me pinpoint what my problem is. However, I am now pregnant with twins!
- Lupron Working / Worked
- Ovulation Predictor Kit Working / Worked
- Was able to accurately tell when I was going to ovulate, but it didn't help me get pregnant!
- Progesterone Working / Worked
- Injections every night - barely any pain, no bruising, no lumpiness. Use heat and walking to minimize discomfort.
- Repronex Working / Worked
- This stuff burned going in and left raised red spots on my skin. Hurt a lot for days after.
- Acupuncture Working / Worked
- I did it when I was going through IUIs but was only able to do it a month before I had to move. I started up again for my IVF treatment. Not sure if it helped with the IVF but it didnt hurt! It was relaxing and helped calm me down. I went twice a week.
Close Pregnancy After Loss/Infertility
I am pregnant with twins after 2 years TTC. We were luckily successful on our first IVF cycle (after numerous failed IUIs). I've never been pregnant before and I am pretty anxious.
Open Twins, Triplets & More
I had been TTC for two years before we tried IVF. We were lucky enough to be successful on the first try and were blessed with fraternal twins! My two boys were born 5 weeks early, but they are doing great.
