Saw you post unless its old , you do not have to be clean to start subutex you stop using then the next day or too you work your way up slowly I go 2mg at a time every 4 hours or so and have very little problem or discomfort its taking a half a pill or more first thing that can suck but I have also done that with no problem if its good clean dOpe your coming off that's easy its the synthetics that are harder to switch but still nothing like the suffering of just that first long night just start slow you'll be all good if your not already! Good luck it works if you want it to I did try it after a few months clean and it got me high its a strong drug that you well the less you use the beTter you feel in the long run I can't decide to quit it I know what would happen again but have faith friend hopefully I'm reading your post late and you got right ! i have been using h on and off for 10 years, only China White here in Thailand. it is 200 dollars a gram!!!! in Thailand! Unless you are lucky/crazy/spend 1000$ plus.....I use Methadone from the Doc. on another Island for 1 week to get off, start at 30 mg a day. it works, it's not easy but i can work in my restuarant.my main problem is my friend in this tight-knit community and my brother and tourist friends. i need to 'just say no',I inhale, smoke more and have injected.
