SO happy to see that things are going well!! Wow time flies!!!
hey! I noticed in one of the old posts that you were planning on getting the bumbleride indie twin. I am 13 week pg with twins also and looking at that stroller, but there is nowhere for me to test it. I was wondering if u are still getting it and if you were able to test it out ...how itwas? Congratson your 2 little girls!
just wanted to see how you and the girls were!! hope things are going well for you! do you have names picked out yet?
Hey, I just saw you updated your status! I'm glad things are going so well!
You're right, there's ALWAYS something! I felt like I was scared through most of my pregnancy. At 27 weeks I started to dilate to 1.5 cm and I'd 'effaced' down to 60%. I don't know if 'effacing' is the same as shortening. So, I'm not an expert on anything relating to the cervice. That also was the moment they put me on bed rest. What I was told by a mom who'd delivered her twins at 26 weeks was, "DRINK WATER!" She said the moment you think you're drinking enough water - you're only half way there. She said when you're pregnant and dehydrated, it sends a message to your body that it's time to deliver. I don't know if she's right - but she's a local tv reporter who, following the birth of her girls, did an in depth series on preemies. All I know is that during the entire bed rest, I drank 100 oz of water a day. Every time I went into the ob's they honestly admitted they were shocked I was still pregnant! But ... we made it to 38 weeks! You can too, talk to your doctor and let me know what she says! I'm rooting for all of you! And if you can ....easy for me to say .... try to enjoy everymoment of this and let go of the fear. (Yea, like I said, easy for me to say!) love, Dawn
After 3 months of being off the pill, I still had not gotten a period. So I went to see my doctor for an ultra sound and blood work. Before we could talk about my fertility I needed to have a dermoid cyst removed. After my laparoscopy I did two rounds of clomid which did not work. I moved on to my R.E. who diagnosed my with PCOS. I did one round of femara which did not work. I started metformin and did my first iui cycle which did not work. I am currently doing shots for my second iui.
My husband and I have been trying to conceive since October 2007. We found out in August of 2008 that I have Polycystic Ovarian Syndrome. After some fertility treatment we are finally pregnant! We're being cautious since it's still very early.
After TTC for 1 year We are finally pregnant with twins.!! We saw a fertility specialist and became pregnant on our second Follistim/IUI cycle.
