  That is how I quit! After tryin with the patch and stuff, I realized I really did not want to quit, cuz smoking felt so good! One day it hit me, I REALLY DO NOT WANT TO SMOKE! that was it, I did not smoke again. It is almost a year later, and at times, like right now, I crave them BAD hehe! Good luck, and stay strong!
