Hey everyone, I know its been a LONG time since I even visited this site, but I have reccomended a good friend who needs some help, so I said this site helped me, it can positively help her.
At any rate, I am back and I am here to help others out, I would love to make friends with anyone and I am here for anyone who needs some help.
Upon my time I was gone, I learned some helpful ways to cope with an painful emotional experience, which are:
Meditating
Hanging with friends
Going for walks
Venting
Exploring new things
Learning about yourself.
I reccomend this for anyone who is having trouble in there life, it will help you get your mind off the situation and learn more about yourself. ^_^
