Just writing cause I wanted to update the numbers... and it gives me this spot to write in.
Love the support and guidance from the people at this site.
Ups and downs in my life over the last little while...Slip ups and mistakes but keeping on track for the most part...working on bucking down...the weight...is still coming off...Slowly but surely..
Gall Bladder is getting removed on Monday...
