      Hi Karla... my husband and I feel so much better... that ole' Flu bug.. sure can ''hang on'' to a person.. Karla and I yesterday .. did our walking and we both enjoy that, expecially together!
      Bernie & I are getting ready to paint our Family Room.. a very pale green color..It's suppose to be a soothing and peaceful color? We'll see. I am having a 'gang' (our family).. most of them here for Thanksgiving Day..There will be 25 of us all together! Phewww... lots of food, fun and the men and some of the women want to watch football .. for a poretion of the day.. Each family, and each 'single person all are bringing foods, that I suggested.. to make a huge and diverse meal.. with lots of pies, and special desserts (some with no sugar.. so that Karla and myself can enjoy them too... What will you be doing for Thanksgiving? I will be taking pictures of it all too, and if you would like to see them.. just send me your email address and I will send some of the pic's to you... Gotta go, Keep on going and going and going..Okay? Thanks for the hugs and all!

      Thanks for being so kind and caring! I am doing better, yet still coughing and hacking and had the diarehiaa..the other day really bad! Stomach flu, I think?

    • Close Gastric Bypass Surgery

      Had Gastric Bypass Surgery at Humber River Hospital on October 15, 2008. To date (August 29, 09) I have lost 137 lbs. Its been a journey learning and living. I look forward to brighter, lighter days!
