I walked today I could only walk for 1/4 mile and pushed myself to do that. But, I figure it is a start and if I do that everyday and add more it will begin to help me. Hope that maybe tonight I can walk it again.

In a lot of pain today sharp pains in my lower back. The weather is cold and it is raining. Had to take a percocet today. Haven't walked on the treadmill yet today - hope before I go to bed I will be able to walk for at least 10 min.
Looking for a dog still - have one that we are looking at....it is a Lab/Bassett Hound.....ok he looks like a Lab with short legs like a BH. A very strange combo.

My lower back is hurting really bad today and my feet. Trying not to take a percocet since I am home and just deal with it. Did walk on the treadmill today. 12 min .40 mile. Slowly but surely.

had a really bad day yesterday but doing better. Think I found a dog. YEAH...going to go look at her this week.

OUCH...I hurt. We got our dog, Lillie, from a rescue, she is so sweet but she won't go potty on a leash UGH! I have taken her outside many times for hours and nothing - go inside and there she goes. ;( I hope this gets better cause I hurt so bad right now. Reminds me of Jer and Ste's toddler years.

Dr. started me on prednisone yesterday. I only go on that when my back is hurting so badly. BUT...it helps so much that I do too much so I am really working on not overdoing it - cause it really helps.

After having a piece of packing that was left in my root canal moved (no wonder it hurt) I feel very tired worn out. I need energy cause Jer is moving tomorrow to his apartment. Going to miss him. Lillie will really miss him. She always runs to his door and scratches it to see if he is home. I could sleep all day today but am trying to not do that but it is hard.

DUH...I hadn't had my period for 3 mths and it came yesterday I bet that is why I am exhausted. I heard it also can mess with Diabetes not sure about that but oh well. I kind of wished I was done with it :) guess not.

Well, had an interesting week. My 17 yr old son Steven and I drove down the Lynchburg, Va to have Christmas at mom and dads. My husband was driving our other car down with our 20 yr old son and meeting us in 2 days. I got sick SO SICK 2:00 AM Christmas morning I still feel bad but 70% better. Then My son Jer got it the next day and today on our way back home my husband got the flu...we shared ;( Ste is the only one not sick yet. Hope he skips this round :). I also ended up hurting from head to toe in deep achy pains I guess due to the fibro. Also, my family and friends are joining to loose weight (much needed) we are each putting 50 up and the top three weight losers (really WINNERS) will get the money. No, I don't care about the money but I felt like I needed to be an example to my kids by doing this. I want to loose at least 75 - 100 pounds so we are all in it together. This will be for 3 months...of course plan on making it a life change. Always have been fat and it is time to let go of all this excess "stuff" :) Pray for me if you think about it. I know it won't be easy.
