Things have been hectic and I have done quite a bit of flying around for a funeral of an Aunt.  I have done more tests and my viral laod has dropped to 100 and my t-cells have risen to 240.  On paper things sound good, however I have been feeling very tired and out of sorts really.  I am about to go on a long vacation to Rome via Dubai.  I hope there are no complications in crossing borders with the drugs.
