I did get a phone call at like 2am which I didn't care I was just happy to talk to him. His group is having a few minor set backs. Which could happrn to anyone. But its still kind of upseting. Then the whole car thing is a issue. He has a car somewhere on base but I can't get to it. Well the only thing is everything expired on his car which also means we can't get on base or to our house. So I hope and pray his parents can bring stuff down. Also I have a ride to the homecoming but no ride home :( So well just take a cab or try to find a ride.
He called around 11am oday which was a treat!!!!! Poor guy sounded tired and they were still stuck. He told me it rained in Iraq lol
Well today I just started to miss home and my friends. I was feeling so alone, Yes I'm making friends but I still miss everything home. So I cried and took a long nap. I woke up and put laundry in the washer and took my pup for a long walk. which was good for both of us.
tonight I'm doing better talked to some friend on the phone.
Hopefully I'm going to the store with a friend and it will help keep my mind off everything.

Go to the store and just walk around. Make some coffee and right a letter to Andy or make a CD. Grab a coloring book and start coloring. You know he's on his way home, but it's driving you nuts because you are soooo close to it, yet soooo far away. He's coming home, he's safe and you'll see him soon. Missing family and friends is very hard. I've been keeping busy writing letters home. I try to do it once a week or more often. It helps at times, at least for me.

Relax and try not to worry. Everything will work out fine and you guys will get the car situation taken care of when he gets home. Hope you had fun at the store and that it took your mind off of things. *hugs*

Just hang in there hun, he is on his way home and everything will get straightened out once he is home. We all have to love the military and the many setbacks that come along with it. Stay busy enjoy making the new friends and take more long walks. Try not to think so hard and just let things go as they are supposed to. In the end you will have the ultimate prize....your guy in your arms.
