I have been in my house for a few days now and things are going good. Other than leaving my laptop in the rental truck after we turned in the key and it was locked and after hours. But I did get it back today!!
Still need to get a washer and dryer. Hubby told me to get what I wanted so ill be getting the front loading washer and dryer.
We keep going to the store and forgetting things so we are always going to the store. But I love shopping. Hehe!
Only 2 weeks till me lovey comes home!!! Yay!! Can't wait.

You're doing well! It's always rough to set up house the first time. However, you will get the hang of it and be a pro before it's all over. Every move and new house gives you more practice in setting up house. That's the one thing that I love about being a military wife! I've gotten good enough to set up an entire household in 5 days. That didn't include hanging pics, etc, but the house was fully functional for cooking, eating, bathing, etc. Enjoy shopping! :) Glad you got your laptop back too!

Yay! Congrats! How's the area? Base housing isn't the most appealing but with a green thumb and decorator's eye you can make it happen. I just got done painting a mural in the living room so it draws the focus from my ugly kitchen. Haa, well I'm glad you got there safely and Molly, how's she like it? Got a big yard? Other neighborhood dogs to bark at?
