I have had psoriasis since I was 16 years old. I am now 58....Other then oral med's I have been on about everything. Sometimes I feel like I know more then the doctors. Yikes! I also have psoriatic arthritis

Betamethasone (Topical) Working / Worked

Steroids are still my main drug of choice. You have to know how, when and where to use them.

Coal Tar Working / Worked

Coal Tar can be a great aid. I use a coal tar called Cutar every night and wrap my legs in plastic wrap and then of course cover. This works!!!!!

Dovonex Somewhat Helpful

I use dovenex on large patches - combined with a steroid and for patches that are under arm and sensitive areas.

Phototherapy Working / Worked

This works for me moderately--especially in winter

Taclonex Working / Worked

Same as Dovenex

Tazorac Somewhat Helpful

painful
