About Me
My husband passed away July 2008. He had just had his 40th birthday one month earlier. He had massive heart attack caused or followed by a pulmunary embolism. We were married for twenty years and have 3 wonderful teenagers. My life is my kids, their families and friends now. When they need something I am there doing it. I'm always trying to lend a helping hand and/or a ear. But, I'm scared to death of living without my husband.

Interests
I've re-discovered dirt track racing. We used to go there when we were younger. It's my newest favorite thing to spectate on again. I love all kinds of music, I think ny favorites include country and rock. Artists such as Rodney Atkins, Nickelback, Kenny Chesney, Taylor Swift, Metallica.

Treatments
- Crying Somewhat Helpful
- Maybe for a few minutes crying helps but it usually makes me feel worse than before.
- Grief Counseling Working / Worked
- My therapist was my husband's therapist before he died. So it's very helpful for me to have someone that knew Tim and can understand how I'm feeling without being bias or too sympathetic. So talking with Tim's therapist is helping.
- Psychotherapy Working / Worked
- Pretty much the same as "Grief Couseling". I'm using the same therapist. I still talk with him about everything he's a great therapist.
