  Hi Kate.I'm pretty much same as you.I set myself a goal and I think its gunna be difficult to get there to be honest.I think I set it too low lol.But I had a number in my head I wanted to be.Yep appetite bigger now so have to work that bit harder to watch what we eat.Going to step up my swimming this week,but to be honest life is so good now that I prefer clothes shopping to excercise lollol.Andrea xxxxx

  Hi Kate! I'm so impressed with the short amount of time it took to lose so much. I don't have my surgery date yet, but feeling a lot of anxiety about the days immediately after the surgery.... I hope I will still be able to move enough to take care of my cat... again, reading your message certainly helps those of us who have yet to go thru the surgery see the joy on the other side.   Hiya sweetheart.Yes we are both doing great.I have never been told by my surgeon what I should or shouldn't be losing.I'm back to see him next month.Sometimes I can eat quite a bit other times I'm full after a few mouthfulls.I hadn't lost in a good few week then I lost 7lb in a week,I'm happy with the way its going.Going to try and post some b4 and after pics later.Please can I have your email address to send you some pics? Hows the weather where you are? It is very warm here at the moment,well warm for us lol.Hope married life is bliss.lotsa love andrea xxxxxx

  Hiya Kate. Glad your doing well.I'm still losing,but alot slower.The weather has been lovely here,went to the Lake district and was beautiful.However its pouring down today lol.Hope you had a good Easter.Lotsa love Andrea xxx
