I am 66, in what I call good health. But I have some annoying complications. I am overweight. My blood pressure varies into the 130's some days and I have arthritis leading to a lot of back pain. I have always exercised and eating a healthy diet. But a year ago I was diagnosed with fructose malabsorption. So fruits and vegetables sometimes don't agree with me.
I eat a lot of yogurt because I hear it will help you loose weight. I have been on some kind of a weight lose diet and exercise program all my adult life. Presently I go to a water aerobics class 5 days a week.
I have been seeing a pain management doctor for my back and leg pain. I have had 2 epidurals and am working with a great physical therapist. Still if I stand for very long I get lumbar and leg pain.
I have arthritis in my wrists and feet which is fairly well controlled with Piroxicam
