well I let my sales person go Monday, he just wasn't cutting it any more, the new lady will not start work until the 25th so it will be a long few weeks since I will not really have two days off intill she is trainned so that she can be left alone. I bought myself flowers after I let him go, its not that I am happy that I had to let him go, its just that I felt that I handled it well, and that it was not as bad as I thought.
I also think that they will be closing the store in Jan, they shipped all this discounted items to my store for us to get rid of them. She should call me in Oct. Thats my feeling since we are still slow and other store in Cali have started to pick up.

Regarding bad employees, I so wish I could let them go. I've had it with most all of them. I am proud of you and you deserved the flowers!!! I would celebrate BIG time to get rid of the dead weight at my store too. The extra work would actually be easier than dealing with the crap. If your store does close, what will you do? I don't know what company you work for but the company I work for is a public company so I can follow up trends on their stock forcasts on the corporate website. Some crap happened yesterday, which I'll write you in a private message about my job too. Hang in there and know I'm here for ya, ok? Here is to a good day!
