- 12 Step Program Working / Worked
- It works as long as I am honest, and don't try to take an easier, softer way.
- AA Meetings Working / Worked
- I am blessed to have found a wonderful Big Book Believing group of alcoholics who pratice the principles of the 12 steps of AA.
- Cold Turkey Working / Worked
- This method did not work for me at all.
- Willpower Working / Worked
- Thinking I could use my willpower was insane for me.I kept repeating the same sick behaviors and expecting different results.

I'm a 51 year old semi- retired woman who has smoked for about the last 41 years.I was a chronic daily smoker.
Treatments
- Narcotics Anonymous (NA) Somewhat Helpful
- In my experience the local NA group tend to have alot of drama.There is a select group I prefer to associate with that desire to live the 12 steps.
- Abstinence Working / Worked
- The only thing that seems to work for me in reguard to weed is to not use at all.
