I am a 44 year old woman, a wife to a sweet hubby who is 49 and a mother of 3 sons; 22 yrs, 20 yrs and 17 yrs. I am a Christian too and go to church with my family, been a Christian for 19 years now. I had TMJ problems for almost 2 years now. I got a weird sensation on the left inside of the mouth, cheek, tongue and roof of mouth all on the left side only about a year ago. The mouth guard is the only thing that makes the inside of my mouth feel normal so I wear it during the day and at night too. I can tell it is slowly getting better. I also suffer from acid reflux and trying to go all natural but this has been a major challenge for me as I am so allergic to so many natural things.

Interests
I love watching the older tv shows like M*A*S*H with my youngest son, Gillian's Island with him too, 24 with my whole family, Lost & House with my hubby, Days of Our Lives with my youngest son, those things make me happy and forget my problems. I love reading my Christian books and my bible, walking with my son and our yellow lab, talking to my mom on the phone and to my best friend on the phone too. I guess you can say I am pretty easy to make happy. I love eating our favorite pizza on Saturdays with the whole family and watching a family movie and having pop corn then ice cream! I love sitting on my bench swing with my son and enjoy the sun on our faces as we talk, laugh and look at our beautiful scenery, on the weekends my hubby will sit with us too. I love playing all the game consoles; Wii, PlayStation 2, X-Box, Nintendo 64, Super Nintendo and all the games with my 3 boys and hubby. I love sitting in front of our wood burning stove and watch the fire and watch tv with my family. I feel so bless with them loving me!

I also have problems with my tongue and my teeth coming together sometimes the wrong way and for awhile I got sores inside my lips but then they went away. I think everytime my jaw alignment changes things change inside one's mouth.

I got TMJ last Feb 07 from my first crown in my mouth. Stress would make it worse. 2008 came and I started to get in the mouth area. Been to dentist and doctors about the different feelings. Neurologist told me after 8 months of suffering it is all TMJ.

Neurologist told me after 8 months of suffering it is all TMJ. I am wearing a mouth guard now during the day and night except for eating. My mouth feels normal until I take the mouth guard out. It is all on the left side jaw, neck, ear and now inside my mouth. The left inside cheek and left side tongue.
Close GERD & Heartburn
I have suffered from acid reflux for years probably about 15+ years. I have been on medicines but decided to go the natural route. Probiotics have been the biggest help for me. When it hits it hits hard and I am up all night long. But since I have been going the natural route it doesn't hit as often like it used too. No ulcers so I just need to watch what I drink and eat. I also suffer from TMD for 2 years.

- Avoid Certain Foods / Chemicals Working / Worked
- Can't eat onions, tomato products, lots of chocolate is a no no and certain sodas are a no no too.

Open Hysterectomy
I am a 44 year old wife to a awesome hubby 49 and mother of 3 wonderful sons; 22,20 & 17. I had my Total Abdominal Hysterectomy at the age of 39 due to have cysts on my ovaries all the time. We decided to finally go for the TAH instead of having surgeries every 2 years to remove the very painful cycsts that would rupture and bleed inside. I was put on a hormone patch from day one which was Esclim then was switched to Estraderm 0.05mg change 2x a week but only change it once a week.
