Close Gout
I developed gout while serving in the military. I left the service with a disability rating so at least the VA can help me take care of this disease. I'm 35 and have had Gout since I was 29. Most of my attacks are somewhat mind and lingering although I have suffered several extremely painful attacks in both feet and once in my left knee (which was my worst attack I've ever had). Just lookin for other success stories that I might learn from.
Treatments
- Allopurinol Somewhat Helpful
- Can't tell if it works
- Cherries Not Working
- Colchicine Working / Worked
- Work very good, however, the side effects are very rough.
- Dietary Modification Working / Worked
- Have a very long list of can't haves. I miss beer!
- Indocin Not Working
- Did nothing for me
