I'm tired of having anxiety symptoms every single day! I'm ready for my new med. to kick in or make some kind of progress in therapy. I'm know i'm probably just being impatient but i'm wondering how everyone else keeps motivated when there doesn't seem to be any progress.

How I stay motivated ? I FORCE myself. I REFUSE to let anxiety define MY life. I don't care how anxious you feel, get a routine going and set goals. SMALL GOALS, then go from there. You have to build your confidence back up. Accept that you have anxiety, that it takes time to heal, and go about your day. You MUST motivate yourself and keep in touch with what YOU need to do.
