      My doctor has told me the same thing. he also said that he owns no stock in pharmacuticals so he would like to see all folks off all meds if possible. yes, i think we all need to lose more tonnage! i have lost over 30lbs since june and my diet is chaning daily to help along with daily exervcise. amazing what it can do! thanks for the supportive comments!
